Guiding Light Consulting Services, LLC (“Guiding Light,” “we,” “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through this website and our booking and contact tools, how we use it, and the choices you have.

• Information you give us, such as your name, email address, phone number, the service you’re interested in, and anything you write in a message or booking form.

• Booking and payment details. When you book a Guiding Light Clarity Session or pay for services, payment is handled by our payment processor. We do not see or store your full card number.

• Basic technical information. This site is hosted on Google Sites, and our booking and contact tools run on Google Workspace. Google may collect technical information, such as your IP address and browser type, to deliver and secure these services. See Google’s Privacy Policy for details.

How we use information

• To respond to your questions and requests

• To schedule, provide, and follow up on coaching, consulting, and training services

• To send receipts, records, and service-related messages

• To meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations

We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not share it for advertising.

When we share information

We share information only with service providers who help us run the business (such as Google Workspace, our payment services, and Airtable for client and project records), when you ask us to, or when the law requires it.

Coaching and client information

Information you share during coaching or consulting is kept confidential as described in your client agreement, including its limits.

How long we keep information

We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above, including records we are required to keep for tax and legal reasons.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No website or email system is completely secure, so please don’t send sensitive personal details through the contact form.

Your choices

You may ask to see, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to stop sending you messages, by contacting us below. We will respond within a reasonable time.

Children

This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
